Last night I was in a restaurant that served German food. Of course, a nice German Weissbier would go nicely as I waited for my meal.
I was disappointed that the Weissbier was served in a simple pint glass instead of the appropriate glassware for the style. The contents of the 1/2 liter bottle cannot fit in a pint glass, so the full effect of the yeast can’t be fully enjoyed. I felt a little cheated!
When I get the wrong glass, no foamy head – I feel sad . It’s Even worse if it isn’t a fresh beer!
